Reliable for my business

This was my third purchase from Realtyna, this time for the Membership Add-on. I've used WPL Pro for a while and their support for updates has always been consistent. I keep coming back because their products just work, and the integration with my existing site was seamless, just like my previous orders for the CRM and Mortgage Calculator. It's good to know I can count on them for my real estate site needs.

Detailed review of CRM purchase

I decided to go with the Realtyna CRM after comparing a few options. The ordering process on their website was straightforward enough, and I received my license key within an hour. I opted for their installation service, which took about four days to fully integrate with my existing WPL Pro setup. The support team was responsive; I had a few questions about lead routing rules, and they guided me through the settings via email, which was helpful. The CRM itself has a good range of features for managing contacts and follow-ups. The interface is clean, though it did take a little bit of time to get used to all the different modules. Data import from my old system went smoothly, which was a relief. I've been using it for a couple of weeks now, and it's definitely streamlined my client management.

WPL Pro and support

I bought WPL Pro and the installation service a few weeks ago. The software itself is pretty robust for WordPress, offering a lot of flexibility for real estate listings. The installation was smooth, and it took about 3 days for them to get everything set up with my MLS feed. My main gripe is that finding specific settings in the backend can be a bit clunky, and the documentation could be more intuitive. Overall, I got what I paid for and it's working well, but there's room for interface improvements.

Easy setup for MLS

I just bought the MLS On The Fly integration, and it was pretty easy to get going. I was worried it would be complicated, but it wasn't. My listings showed up on my site in a couple of days, and it looks good. Happy with how it turned out.

Anyone know how Realtyna compares to IDX Broker? I'm trying to decide between the two for my new site.

J Julia G. 1 week ago
I used IDX Broker before switching to Realtyna. Realtyna feels a lot more robust for SEO, like it's built to actually get listings ranked. IDX Broker was fine, but a bit clunkier from my experience.

Realtyna is definitely more SEO-focused, that's what sold me. IDX Broker is easier to set up initially for some, but if you want deeper control over your listings for search engines, Realtyna is probably better.

I'm looking at their MLS On The Fly. How fast does it actually pull in new listings from the MLS? Is it instant or is there a delay?

B Betty Jones 1 month ago
It's pretty quick, not usually instant but close. They sync directly with your MLS feed so it's as fast as your MLS allows, generally. I've seen new listings appear on my site within minutes of hitting the MLS.

Mine usually updates every 15-30 minutes, depends on the MLS I guess. It's not like you're waiting hours or anything.

Hey, thinking about getting WPL Pro. Do they ever do like, lifetime licenses or is it always yearly renewals for everything?

W William Lopez 3 weeks ago
Yeah, they definitely have lifetime licenses for the main plugins, it's usually a one-time payment. But just remember, support and updates often have a separate renewal cost.

I bought WPL Pro like two years ago, it was a one-time fee for the plugin itself. The updates package is what I renew, but it's not super expensive.

do they offer installation services? I'm not super techy and integrating MLS data sounds like a headache.

W William Perez 1 week ago
Yeah, they totally do. I paid for their installation service for my MLS integration and it was totally worth it. They got everything set up perfectly without any hassle on my end.

Yep, they have different support packages, some include installation. Definitely ask them about it if you're not comfortable doing it yourself.

Is their WPL Pro theme specific or can I use it with any WordPress theme I already have?

A Ashley Parker 4 weeks ago
It's pretty flexible. I'm using it with a custom theme and it works fine. You might need some CSS tweaks to make it look perfect, but compatibility isn't an issue.

It's designed to work with most themes. They have their own themes too if you want something purpose-built, but generally, you're good with what you have.
